Dr. Drozda is a successful clinician with experience in a variety of practice settings and in medical staff leadership. He is also a seasoned health care executive with extensive experience in Medical Management, strategic business planning and governance of large health care organizations. His experience has been in HMOs and in an integrated delivery network.

Dr. Drozda was instrumental in significantly reducing health care costs in a provider owned HMO. He also designed and implemented the medical management structure for a large integrated delivery network. This structure enabled the network to take on global risk.

For DeMarco & Associates' clients, Dr. Drozda conducts medical management performance improvement and analysis. He is also engaged with the development of physician profiling and counseling methods. He also assists Mr. DeMarco in developing long range strategic goals as it relates to physician alignment, strategies and physician/hospital organizational business planning.

Dr. Drozda is a pioneer in the development of Practice Guidelines and Disease Management programs. He is a national leader in Performance Measurement as a member of the American College of Cardiology¹s Performance Measurement Task Force and of the Performance Measurement Advisory Council of the AMAs American Medical Accreditation Program (AMAP.)
