Ms. Barbara C. Hempy is Principal of DeMarco & Associates, Inc., as well as Group President of Warren Surveys, the research and publishing division of DeMarco & Associates.

Ms. Marx specializes in the research, design and development of physician compensation plans, including capitation budget design and fee schedule preparation, RBRVS relative value reimbursement systems and performance pay programs for physician networks and integrated care delivery and financing systems.

Mr. Mindrup has been responsible for the development and licensure of three fully-capitated HMOs. He has been associated with several of the nation's largest managed care organizations, medical groups, and hospital systems, including Foundation Health, Oklahoma City Clinic and Henry Ford Health Care Corporation.

Dr. Drozda is a successful clinician with experience in a variety of practice settings and in medical staff leadership. He is also a seasoned health care executive with extensive experience in Medical Management, strategic business planning and governance of large health care organizations. His experience has been in HMOs and in an integrated delivery network.

Ms. Mae Griffin brings to the firm 20 years of Managed Care operations experience. She has extensive experience in the development, growth and management of the operations department as well as in the area of software applications. Her experience also includes finance, vendor selection, process reengineering, new product development, and project management.

Nancy Richman brings to DeMarco & Associates 15 years of health care industry experience in a variety of acute medical and behavioral health care settings. Her specialty areas include quality improvement, performance measurement, strategic planning, process reengineering, leadership development and executive coaching.

Mark recently joined DeMarco and Associates as an advisor on information management and informatics applications after a long history of successful management responsibilities in some of the nation’s largest health data companies.
