Randall W. Mindrup, M.B.A. Associate
Mr. Mindrup has been responsible for the development and
licensure of three fully-capitated HMOs. He has been associated with
several of the nation's largest managed care organizations, medical
groups, and hospital systems, including Foundation Health, Oklahoma
City Clinic and Henry Ford Health Care Corporation.
Mr. Mindrup has designed unique provider risk and network
arrangements for integrated delivery systems and HMO development,
has negotiated these arrangements with providers, payers and
regulatory agencies for urban and rural areas.
Mr. Mindrup has been Executive Director of several health plans
assisting in both the initial licensure and development of the
companies. He has worked with the governor of Florida's office on
issues of rural health care and the uninsured and has developed
policies and procedures to assist hospital members of the Florida
Hospital Association to better deal with managed care issues.
He serves clients in developing strategies for managed care
assessment and also assists them in developing provider networks to
better deal with managed care reimbursement and contracting.
Mr. Mindrup received his Master of Business Administration from
Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has co-authored the
article with Mr. DeMarco, "Hospitals as Third Party Administrators"
for Health Care Strategic Management and has presented workshops for
Cap Com and the governor's office on rural health care. |
