The database from which Warren Surveys creates the HMO Salary Survey and the Staffing Ratio Survey is an active, dynamic database with numerous applications as an information resource. From this active database, we are able to provide subscribers the flexibility of data analysis and services such as creating specialized survey reports to meet their individual needs. Two of our most requested specialty products and services are salary data analysis and summary job descriptions, but there are additional requests our subscribers have made that we have fulfilled. It is these requests and suggestions of our subscribers that help our products and services grow and expand in content and depth of analysis.

All data analysis is provided within Federal Anti-trust guidelines. This service is available on a fee basis with the cost dependent upon our current database and the format that the subscriber requests.

Job Descriptions We receive frequent requests from Human Resource Personnel within the managed care industry for more detailed job descriptions than what appear in our index in Warren Survey products. Our library of information is constantly growing and changing, therefore we can distribute the descriptions most effectively as a service or information exchange. Our sample job descriptions are available to participating subscribers at a very low cost.

Example of Specialized Product Created by Warren Surveys The Balanced Budget Amendment of 1997 created the need for Medicare savings and enabled Medicare-Choice plans to contract through Provider Sponsored Organizations (PSOs) for the majority of care for Medicare.

Choice eligibles in their service area. Warren Surveys created a PSO Salary Survey containing information on over 100 positions from several Medicare Choice demonstration projects as well as PSOs who meet the general requirements as set forth by their respective state or are contracting directly with employers as a PSO in their community.
